About this demo

Sable is a concept for an AI-native operating system built for US veterinary practices. It brings together an ambient clinical scribe, lab-document intelligence, and a grounded clinical copilot, all wrapped in one fast, dense workspace.

This is a portfolio demonstration. Every patient, owner, appointment, and lab result on screen is fabricated for the demo. There is no real animal data, no real medical record, and nothing here should be used for clinical decisions. The AI features run against synthetic cases chosen to show how the product would behave, including its safety guardrails for drug dosing and allergy interactions.
